Our Process

We have a three-step process for our puppy adoption.  First and foremost it is essential that you complete our new puppy parent form (click here for the form page).  The form provides an opportunity for us to get some necessary information about you.

 

 

Second, Upon completion of the form, we will email to schedule a date and time for a phone call.

Third, After the phone conversation, if we believe your family would be a good fit for one of our puppies. We will send an email with all the deposit information. To be placed on a reservation list, we require a $500.00 deposit. If you are inquiring about a future litter (a litter not born yet), please contact us.

​The deposit does not guarantee a specific puppy, but it secures a puppy with the gender of your choice on puppy pick-up day. Your placement on the reservation list will depend on when the deposit was received. We start scheduling puppy pick-up times two weeks before puppy pick-up day. On puppy pick-up day, your family will be welcomed into our home to pick up your new family member; we assist our new puppy owners in placing the puppy we believe is the best fit for their home. We continuously update our website with pictures and videos of the puppies as they grow. It is also essential that our new puppy parents keep in touch with us throughout the puppy's life.

 For our Cavaliers health and safety, we cannot accommodate visitors in our home before puppy pick-up day. While this may seem unusual to some, we do have our reasons for this, and we will be more than happy to explain them to you over the phone.
